VISIT TO ALBERTON HOUSE
We visited Alberton House and enjoyed using the butter churner. We churned cream into butter. We were able to taste our churned butter, on bread with jam. We learned about the things that people used to use and how they lived in the 1800's. We enjoyed being able to climb trees.
CHANGES IN THE KITCHEN
We enjoyed learning about different types of matter and we saw how these changed when we did some cooking. We made Fluffy Jelly, Green Pikelets and Honey Rice Bubble crackers.
