Our Trip to Arataki

As part of our study on the differnt bird designs Room Six went for a visit to Arataki. We learned the importance of looking after our native birds and plants.

Mysteries About Mixtures

We have been enjoying looking at different chemical reactions. We made sherbet and tried tasting some of the ingredients. As you can see from the photos some didn't taste very nice on their own, but when they were mixed together they tasted delicious.

Swimming

We loved being able to learn how to swim in the Summertime. We were able to learn how to keep safe in the water and leanred how to use life jackets. On the last day of swimming we were able to swim with Mrs Hatch. We enjoyed racing her in the pool.
